Refund policy
Due to the nature of our work and that each item is hand made to order we do not accept exchanges or returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
A refund would only be granted if Little Wood Bird Design Co. could not, or chose not to supply our product to the customer. This decision is left solely to the discretion of Little Wood Bird Design Co. decision. An example of this would be if Little Wood Bird Design Co. chose not to do a requested custom piece.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our shop. This does not include damage due to shipping. If your item is damaged in shipping please send us an email at sheila@littlewoodbird.com and we will try work with you to come to some sort of resolution.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
